Our mission is to offer the highest quality calligraphy services and products. We offer a 100% money back guarantee for all of our non-custom products, so that you can feel comfortable shopping with us and knowing that we support our customer needs.
REFUNDS
To receive a refund, please email us at ifsoinklined@gmail.com with the reason for the refund. We will accept all returns in original packaging. Return shipping is the customers responsibility. You will receive a refund within 5 days of product receipt. Custom artwork products are non-refundable, however replacements are available at no additional cost, should your product be damaged.
SHIPPING
We ship all orders USPS Mail. If you would like an upgraded shipping method, please select your preferred method at checkout. If you have not received your tracking notice, please let us know so that we can send that to you. Lost packages should be reported to us at ifsoinklined@outlook.com, so that we can look into the issue.
CUSTOM ARTWORK
All custom designs are the property of If So Inklined, LLC. You may not sell or use designs for anything other than your personal use unless you have purchased an extended licensing agreement.
